Vacancy: SUN UNIX E10k Field Hardware Engineer London
 

SUN UNIX Field Hardware Engineer required to work as a Senior Support Engineer in a Mission Critical Banking environment providing post sales on site Support within the SUN Enterprise range E6500, E10000, and SUNFIRE F6800, F12k & F15k and cluster products. Problem isolation and resolution using system software, diagnostics and analytical troubleshooting, Break fix etc. Working with others identifying problems and quickly coming up with a solution or assessing the severity and raising management escalations where required. You will have a solid background in SUN UNIX Hardware and Solaris Software with at least 2-3 years experience and shall be highly motivated, enthusiastic, very confident in a customer environment.
