| Vacancy: Linux Technical Support Engineer | ||
We have a vacancy for a Linux Engineer to provide high level Linux support for systems across the EMEA. This role includes remote admin and onsite support covering both hardware and software. Provide technical support to sales and consultancy to the customers. You will need excellent Linux Systems Administration & troubleshooting skills gained in a commercial environment with experience of Blade Servers. OR Extensive Unix Systems Administration & troubleshooting experience on large systems in a commercial environment with some exposure to Linux. Good communication skills with a very good awareness for the sales situation and an understanding of the data centre environment. Delivering excellent customer service skills.
