You will have responsibility for the control and operation of UNIX servers and shall provide operational support, tracking, admin, performance and capacity planning, monitoring, maintenance and security, testing, patching, creation and maintenance of systems backup and DR procedures. Effective management of file system space allocation. Providing out-of-hours Server cover. 3+years AIX system admin with good knowledge of the IBM hardware and software related products. Experience of system builds and installation SAN storage area networks IBM ESS Sharks, HACMP, IBM/Brocade fibre switches. Excellent communication skills being self-motivated, professional and flexible. |
