High-end storage deployment and management design and Implementation of Veritas Cluster solutions and workload Management configuration, Volume Manager configuration and troubleshooting, deployment of Veritas NetBackup VNB
Working on various client assignments and as such your itinerary will be wide-ranging. Typical previous engagements include; infrastructure design and implementation projects, managed service teams in complex VCS and NBU environments and high level technical consultancy within multi terabyte DC environments. Excellent customer facing skills and the ability to build client relationships at all levels You will possess solution design and positioning experience as well as hand-on experience of installing configuring the leading storage management tools and architectures. Excellent VERITAS product range skills in particular the design & implementation of VERITAS Netbackup (NBU), Storage foundation (VxVM & File System) and VERITAS Cluster Server (VCS)High-end storage solutions design and implementation. Strong Unix and/or Windows 2003 background with a proven pedigree in delivering enterprise solutions, ideally MSCE accredited VERITAS Accredited within either Data Protection or High Availability. Knowledge of StorageTek, ADIC or IBM libraries
