As you know we have been recruiting for a Linux Administrator for 3 months, we have had about 35 CV’s through 3-4 other agencies and interviewed about 6 candidates but still did not find someone suitable. The agencies that we were using clearly didn’t have a clue about the type of person we were looking for and just were not capable of matching our technical requirement. I contacted you on the 29th May, by Friday 8th June you had sent 1 CV through and this applicant looked perfect for our requirement.
